Our Story

Amrut Homes Homebuyers Association was born out of necessity—but is built on HOPE.

For years, hundreds of families waited for their dream homes in the Amrut Homes project, only to face delays, uncertainty, and financial distress. What began as individual frustration soon transformed into collective strength. United by a shared vision and a refusal to give up, we—the homebuyers—came together to form an association that would do more than just raise its voice. We chose to take action.

In a landmark moment, our association was voted as the Selected Resolution Applicant (SRA) under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). This wasn’t just a legal victory—it was a declaration that homebuyers are no longer passive victims of stalled developments. We are now the architects of our own future.

Our journey has been marked by legal battles, strategic planning, and tireless coordination with authorities, professionals, and fellow residents. Through it all, we’ve remained committed to one goal: completing the Amrut Homes project with integrity, transparency, and accountability.

This is more than a construction effort. It’s a movement. A story of ordinary people rising to meet extraordinary challenges. And we’re just getting started.

At Amrut Homes Homebuyers Association, our roadmap is more than a construction timeline — it's a blueprint for restoring trust, delivering homes, and setting a new standard for citizen-led real estate revival.

We’ve broken down our journey into clear, actionable phases to ensure transparency, accountability, and progress at every step:

✅ Phase 1: Foundation & Legal Resolution
  • Secured majority vote as Selected Resolution Applicant (SRA) under CIRP
  • Established governance structure and legal representation
  • Engaged with NCLT, RERA, and financial institutions for compliance and approvals
🔍 Phase 2: Planning & Mobilization
  • Conducted technical due diligence and site assessments
  • Appointed architects, engineers, and project management consultants
  • Finalized revised construction plans and budget estimates
  • Initiated vendor selection and tendering process
🏗️ Phase 3: Construction & Execution
  • Begin phased construction with priority on critical infrastructure
  • Regular progress audits and updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure quality control, safety standards, and timely execution
🏡 Phase 4: Handover & Community Building
  • Final inspections and occupancy certifications
  • Transparent handover of units to rightful homebuyers
  • Establish resident welfare associations and long-term maintenance plans
🌱 Phase 5: Legacy & Advocacy
  • Document our journey to inspire other homebuyer-led initiatives
  • Advocate for policy reforms that empower citizens in stalled projects
  • Continue supporting the community beyond project completion
